It’s back to school time, and the fall + Covid 19, this means you want your immune system to be at it’s very best. Did you know 70% of your immune system is housed in your digestive system? If your digestive system isn’t happy, neither is your immune system. Digestive system symptoms are rampant today, and antacids are the highest sold over the counter product on the market… but they actually make things worse. Your stomach needs acid to breakdown your food, or it will start to putrify in there…gross!! If you struggle with digestive issues, what you need is a re-set. To clear out all the toxins, and foods that hasn’t been broken down fully and is lining the walls of your gut and causing symptoms of bloating, gas, and general discomfort after eating. After a lifetime of eating, your digestive system is over burdened and needs help to clear it all out. This program uses whole foods, that are more easily digestible to give your body a break, allowing it time to clean house, while you fast for 12 – 14 hours overnight. In the last week you start re-introducing common “trigger” foods of your choice, as you learn to listen to your body and how it responds to foods that you eat. This course is self directed and can be done whenever it is convenient for you to start. Remember, there is never a “perfect” time to start, so I suggest you get started today!
