Love is one of those things that we deep down crave in our core, because when it is good, there is no other feeling that comes close to it. The non-stop thinking of our significant other, the butterflies, the wave of incredible emotions that flood our bodies. There is nothing else quite like it.
On the other hand, the loss of love is one of the most painful experiences that we can endure. Most of us have had our hearts broken a few times and we are so afraid to have it happen again that we put up walls to protect our hearts and feelings. When you bring two people together who both have layers of protections and perceptions about how love should be, it makes it so much more complicated and often incredibly difficult to create that loving relationship that we all crave so much.
What happens when you are in a relationship and you no longer feel seen or heard. You feel like not only are you on a different page, but you are in a completely different book. You feel like you no longer know each other or some days, even like each other. What happened to that person I fell in love with?? Please don’t give up hope. In my experience, it is normally very small things that make a big difference.
Speaking of communicating differently, one of the hardest relationships to manage is that with your teenage child.
Other relationships that require different approaches or communication techniques may include your best friend, siblings, or parents.

Hi there! My name is Robyn Zaval.
In 1989, at the ripe age of 17, my entrepreneurial drive began and so did my 35 year love of learning about self discovery, human nature, and relationships. I started my first business when I joined Amway. Since then, I have been in several network marketing businesses, spent quite a bit of time in the service industry, mostly bartending in Nevada casinos and neighborhood bars and grills (my favorite). I owned and operated a beauty salon and have been a real estate agent and investor. I have been deeply involved in the coaching industry for the last 11 years and LOVE IT. It is my calling!
I was raised in Northern California. When I was 10, my parents divorced, I had no idea that they were unhappy. I later learned that they had been miserable for a decade or longer. After graduating high school, I attended Shasta Jr. College and then I relocated to Reno, NV. A couple of years later, I met my first husband, Michael, and 6 years after that we had our first daughter, Skylar. Three more years our second daughter, Jayde came along. Michael and I split up and divorced when the girls were 6 and 3, I ended up raising my girls on my own for 12 years. This was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. Navigating 2 teenage daughters tested everything that I had several times. I am grateful to have made it through that time. 🙂
Fast forward to today, I am now married to a wonderful man, Todd. We have been together for 6 years. My kids are grown and living on their own and I am a now grandma. Through the marriage I inherited 3 step-children and 4 more grandchildren. I am the founder of Only The Inspired, my dream business, still a work in progress. My husband and I moved across the country to Jacksonville in 2022 to be closer to my parents and sister who all reside here in Florida. We absolutely love it here.
I utilize several tools in my coaching that each make a profound affect on the overall understanding of each person in my coaching. When we put all of these aspects together, there is a True Heartfelt Understanding and Appreciation that my clients will have for one another.
It is incredibly important to know what and how someone feels loved. We are all driven by one or two Love Languages, whether we know it or not.

All humans have 6 Human Needs that we must meet. We will meet those needs any way we can, good or bad. The key is to discover what needs drive us and the people that we love so we can start living a life that fulfills us.

Numerology has been around since Ancient Greece. In my experience, is one of the best tools to use in understanding people even without even knowing anything about them. This tool can help you easily understand strengths and weaknesses that you might not have understood prior, including your own.
Learning about Core Values helps you to understand how you show up, how you communicate, who will challenge you, and who you will work best with. I use a few different assessments to give us clear insights of what motivates and fulfills each one of us.
Communication is key and some people communicate so much better than other people. Men, women, and teenagers all communicate in completely different ways. When you have a clear understanding of how each communicates best, everything else will be so much easier.
Forgiveness and healing are directly connected. It is the gate to healing from your past and your present. Holding on to resentment harms the person that holds the grudge or hurt. Forgiving allows us personally to move away from the past and opens up new opportunities in our future.
