Life, Couples and Relationship Coaching is for anyone who wants to create an incredible relationship, including the most important relationship, with yourself. You can be single or in a relationship, struggling or not. We will dive deep into discovering differences, possible problem areas, communication problems, and even healing from past relationships to get you ready for a new healthy and thriving relationship. This can also be for any relationship you have that may not be an intimate relationship. You will get a new perspective and understanding.
Unfortunately, sometimes the most toxic relationship that we have is with ourselves. This is your opportunity to break this habit and to fall in love with the amazing person that you are. Once this pure appreciation and love for yourself is created, then all of your other relationships will blossom from there. I am very grateful to have your trust in helping to guide you on this journey.
What to expect in the Discovery Session.
In this 60-minute session, we will get to know each other a bit. I will do a deep dive into any goals and/or struggles you have so I can get an overall picture of what is going on and how I can best help you.
This is the first step to:
- Getting that love and appreciation back.
- Bringing communication, connection, and intimacy back into your relationship.
- Creating an exciting life that thrills you and fulfills you.
- Empowering you to live and love fully while being seen, heard and supported.
This session can be in person or on Zoom. If it is for couples or relationship coaching, both parties do not have to be there but it is preferred. I offer this session for $50 so you can get a feel for me and my coaching to see if we are a good fit for each other. 🙂
Affordable and Effective Coaching pricing.
My ultimate goal in life is to help as many people as I can, without breaking the bank. My dedication to affordable and effective coaching came from my own need for coaching when I couldn’t afford the high prices.Â
I charge $100 for each 60-minute session and packages of 4 sessions for $300.
For lasting results, I do customized coaching programs depending on the needs for each person/couple. The customized coaching program sessions build on each other as you are gaining knowledge, communication skills, heartfelt understanding, and creating the relationship that you desire. It takes time to change habits and expectations that no longer serve you. This gives you the encouragement, guidance, and support you need as you put into practice the new skills you are learning.Â
