It shouldn’t be this hard to start a business.
If that’s where you are right now, I want to offer you a different way to see it.
The problem was never your passion
Most people don’t start a business because they want to be marketers. They start because they have something to offer. A gift. A message. A way of helping people that feels like the reason they’re here.
And then reality hits. Suddenly you’re expected to become a marketer, a copywriter, a web designer, a funnel builder, a tech expert, and now an AI specialist too. All at once. All while working a day job and trying to build your dream in the margins of your life.
You buy a course on funnels. A program on copywriting. A challenge on social media. Each one comes from a different voice with a different system, and none of them quite fit together. You end up with a thousand puzzle pieces and no picture on the box.
That’s not a passion problem. That’s a complexity problem.
Why the overwhelm is the system’s fault, not yours
Here’s what I wish someone had told me years ago: the business-building world is fragmented by design. It’s a hundred experts selling a hundred pieces, and nobody is responsible for whether those pieces ever become a whole, working business.
So you end up overwhelmed, and then you blame yourself for being overwhelmed. The overwhelmed entrepreneur isn’t failing. They’re responding completely normally to a system that asks one person to master a dozen specialties before they’re allowed to feel qualified.
You don’t need to be smarter. You don’t need more discipline. You need fewer disconnected pieces and one clear path.
What actually helps
The thing that changed everything for me wasn’t learning more. It was the opposite. It was removing complexity. It was stopping the endless collecting of pieces and starting to build one aligned business from the inside out.
When the path is clear, the overwhelm lifts. Not because the work disappears, but because it finally makes sense and happens in the right order.
That’s the entire reason I built the CoCreation Engine, an AI guided business building experience designed to remove the overwhelm that makes good people quit. But whether you ever work with me or not, I want you to walk away from this knowing one thing: you are not the problem. The model was broken. You were just brave enough to try inside it.
Want to go deeper?
I’ve been documenting this whole journey in a video series called the Co-Creation Experience. If this resonated, come watch a few. You’ll find the full playlist on my YouTube channel here: CO-CREATION EXPERIENCE PLAYLIST
